Advanced Professional Program in Business Administration
From Business Knowledge to Real-World Impact
The Post DBA Program is an advanced, project-based professional program designed for experienced managers, executives, entrepreneurs, consultants, and professionals who have already completed a DBA (Doctor of Business Administration) program and wish to apply their knowledge to real organizational challenges.
Unlike conventional classroom-based programs, the Post DBA places less emphasis on theoretical coursework and greater emphasis on practical projects, professional mentoring, problem-solving, and the development of applicable business solutions.
A Project-Based Approach
The core of the Post DBA experience is an individual applied business project.
Participants are expected to identify a real challenge, problem, or opportunity within a company, organization, institution, industry, or business environment.
Working closely with an assigned academic supervisor or professional mentor, each participant will investigate the selected issue, analyze its causes and business implications, explore possible approaches, and ultimately develop a practical and well-structured solution.
The objective is not simply to study an existing business theory, but to apply advanced management knowledge to a real situation and create measurable professional value.
Work Closely with Your Supervisor
A significant part of the program is based on one-to-one or small-group supervision.
Instead of spending most of the program attending theoretical classes, participants will work directly with their supervisor throughout the development of their project.
The supervisor will support the participant in defining the problem, developing the project methodology, analyzing information, evaluating alternative solutions, and preparing the final professional project and presentation.
What Will You Do?
During the program, participants will:
Identify a real organizational or business challenge
Define the problem and its strategic importance
Work under the guidance of an experienced supervisor
Conduct applied research and business analysis
Develop innovative and practical solutions
Connect management knowledge with real organizational needs
Prepare a structured professional project
Present and defend the proposed solution
Develop recommendations that may be implemented within the selected organization
Areas of Project Development
Projects may focus on areas such as strategic management, artificial intelligence and digital transformation, innovation, entrepreneurship, branding, healthcare management, hospitality and tourism, fashion and beauty industries, psychology and organizational behavior, sports business, international business, leadership, and organizational development.
Participants are encouraged to select a project directly connected to their own professional background, company, organization, or industry.
Admission Requirements
Applicants are expected to meet the following minimum requirements:
DBA Qualification: Applicants must have successfully completed a DBA or an equivalent professional Doctor of Business Administration program.
English Language: Applicants should have at least B1-level English proficiency according to the CEFR framework, as participants need sufficient English skills to communicate with supervisors, review professional materials, prepare their project, and participate in presentations and discussions.
Professional Background: Relevant managerial, entrepreneurial, business, consulting, or professional experience is highly recommended.
